Consignment Agreement

This is the current agreement in place in order to participate and sell items in the 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con Board Game Consignment.

The Board Game Consignment will have a dedicated space for drop off and for consumers to shop for items. No goods can be sold in this area, other than the consignment it’s self.

Board Game Consignment Agreement

In order to participate and sale items in the 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con Board Game Consignment one must agree to all of these terms, in its entirety.

One will need to email djcervantes@healingroadLLC.com to request a seller number in order to participate in the 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con Board Game Consignment. (Instructions to follow.)

A Seller is required to have a pass to the 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con in order to participate in the Board Game Consignment.

Must Have A Pass Into The Tabletop Adventure Con

A Seller will be required to have at least a Saturday or all Weekend Pass in order to drop off items. A Saturday or all Weekend Pass will be required to be able to drop off Games on Friday October 18th or Saturday Morning October 19th. A Seller may make arrangements with the Event Coordinator to drop off early before the show. (Please See Drop Off Section for more information).

Board Game Consignment Fee

The Healing Road will not charge a fee for dropping off items to be sold. However, The Healing Road LLC will collect 0% off all sales in the Board Game Consignment. This means that the owner of each item will collect 100% of what they sold their item for and the Healing Road LLC will collect 0%. If you would like any of your funds to go towards the event and the cause of the event, please let us know.

Board Game Consignment and VOLUNTEERS.

The Healing Road LLC is in need of Volunteers to help take in games from the Board Game Consignment sale. The 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con needs help with accepting drop offs, sorting, line control and baggage control, and check out. If someone volunteers for at least 4 hours the person will receive a free weekend family pass to the event.

Items That Can Be Sold

Sellers may sell board games, expansions, puzzles, books, Role playing companions, miniatures, 3-D Printed items, dice, and other game related items. Items must be fully labeled and must be at least in a good condition to be sold, and must be fully labeled as to the completeness of the game in totality. (i.e. If a game is missing a piece or pieces it must be fully listed as to what is missing).

CONTRABAND

Sellers will not be able to sell, or be in possession of any illegal or adult items while on premises. This includes drugs, bootleg materials, alcohol, tobacco or pornographic materials. (As fantasy art can be risqué, it is acceptable so long as it does not portray explicit sexual acts, nudity, or demoralize men, women, or children.) No adult themed (pornographic, tobacco, tobacco product, alcohol, paraphernalia, or grotesque Adult) items will be allowed in the consignment area.

Packaging of Games and Items.

All items are required to have a form listing all accurate information attached to them. Which includes seller ID, Name of Game and the Edition, Price marked for each day., and an accurate description of the game/item and it’s contents. It is not the event organizer’s job to ensure all information is accurate on the forms. The Event Organizer has the right to pull a game if the form is missing information, or if the information is not clear. Seller’s, please make sure you accurately list your Seller ID on the form. It is not the responsibility of the Event Organizer to assume sales went to the correct Seller ID, if the Seller ID was mislabeled.

All Items should be sealed in a way that prevents People from opening and potentially loosing items. We recommend that you use a shrink wrap, or cling wrap, around your Board Game or Boxes and then tape the label to the outside of the clear wrap with a clear tape or painters tape. You can also use a large Ziplock baggy around your item and then tape it so the seal cannot be open then attach your form to the item. If you cannot use a clear clingwrap or Ziplock Baggy you can use Painters tape to secure the lids of your items, and secure your form with painters tape. If you use a clear tape to secure a lid you run the risk of damaging the item, and your item may not sell. The Event Organizer is not responsible for improper packaging of items.

SALES POLICY.

Sellers do not have the right to make private sales in any event area. If you wish to make a trade or sale of an item privately you will be required to do it in the Parking Lot or off the premises. Anyone being caught selling good’s that does not have authority to do so will be asked to leave the event and not return. If a Seller was asked to leave they would need to come back at a designated time to collect their items, and a final check will be mailed to you.

Pricing.

We believe that you are capable of listing your items and knowing what your items are worth. Sellers have three boxes to list prices for their item. This gives Sellers the option as to what they are willing to sell an item for at what day/time. There is a box for Saturday pricing, Sunday Pricing, and Final Hour Sale. Sellers will need to fill out each box, even if their price does not change. This reduces the risk that someone else does not change it for them.

Dropping Off Items

Drop off can begin as of 6pm on Friday October 18th (Possibly sooner if we have earlier access) at the T-rac of the Warsaw Community High School. You may enter through Door 11 or 14 to check in and get your badge/wrist band. Then you will be given instruction as to which door you may enter through to drop off the items.

A Seller may coordinate with the Event Organizer to schedule a time to drop off items, or meet up, early for the event. A Seller with any pass may do this, and must have their pass already preregistered and must have an active pass at the time of the event. In addition too, a Seller may coordinate with the Event Organizer to request mailing items to be included into the Board Game Consignment. It is the Seller’s responsibility to pay for all shipping expenses, if a seller wishes to use this method.

Picking up unsold Items

A Seller May pick up unsold Items after 8pm on Saturday October 19th, with an appropriate pass. A Seller may pick up unsold items after 10am on Sunday October 20th, until 4pm.

Payment

We have reduced the hours of the consignment to help make it easier for payment while at the event. The seller will be issued a check on Sunday October 20th after 12pm. This gives us ample time to calculate all sales. This is because the Event Organizer may not have all the funds cleared from sales during the event and may not have enough cash on hand to pay on site.

Left Items

It is a seller’s responsibility to pick up Items by 4pm after the close of the 2024 Tabletop Adventure Con on Sunday October 20th. Any item that is not picked up is surrendered to the Tabletop Adventure Con, and will become property of The Healing Road LLC. We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an Emergency a Seller must Notify the event organizer by 5pm October 20th that they will not be able to pick up by 6:30 pm on October 20th.

When setting up a Seller ID, it is necessary that the Seller give accurate information (Name and Address) so the seller will receive their payment from any an all sales of Seller’s items.
